Linux Systems Engineer – Software Agent & Security Tools- Remote/ Bengaluru

Role: Data Center/Infrastructure

Support Timing – 8 / 5 Support (8:00AM – 5:00PM IST).

Job Location – Offshore :

Preferred: Bangalore. Optional : Across India.

Note: In case of important meetings / KT, candidate should come to SAP Office.

Support: 8*5 (8:00AM – 5:00PM IST)

Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)

Required Skills

5+ Years of Work experience.

Strong working knowledge of Linux OS (SUSE & Red Hat preferred).

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Linux environments.

Experience with DNS setup and troubleshooting.

Proficient in Apache web server administration.

Hands-on with Squid proxy server configuration and management.

Experience with Linux antivirus solutions (e.g., ClamAV, Sophos).

Intermediate to advanced shell scripting (bash, sh).

Good grasp of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VLANs).

Ability to work within change control and IT security policies.
