Active Directory (AD) migration - Remote (PST Hours) - Synopsys - 10+ Years Exp
The position is remote (PST hours), part of a 1+ year project for Synopsys, with a $60/hr pay rate and preference for Bay Area candidates
The position is for an experienced IAM Engineer (10+ years) specializing in Active Directory (AD) migration, SSO/MFA onboarding, and enterprise identity integrations. The engineer will lead the migration of users, groups, policies, and directory objects across AD domains, assess and validate directory structures, and ensure secure and compliant access throughout the environment.
The role involves onboarding applications to SSO/MFA platforms such as Okta and Entra ID, integrating systems with IGA tools like SailPoint, and implementing RBAC/ABAC/PAM access controls. The engineer will support design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases for IAM services while building automation using advanced PowerShell scripting.
Required expertise includes AD DS, domain migrations, Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, PAM tools (CyberArk/Delinea), and strong identity governance knowledge.
