Sailpoint IIQ Developer

Role Overview

You will be part of the Identity Management (IDM) integration team, responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing solutions on the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Your work will involve building integrations with applications and systems, creating workflows, and ensuring smooth deployment and support handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize adapters, connectors, and plugins for SailPoint IIQ.
• Develop process tasks, workflows, and forms to support identity management.
• Configure event handlers, schedulers, and email notifications.
• Work closely with operations and deployment teams to ensure smooth releases and patches.
• Deliver development packages on time and aligned with standards.
• Continuously improve development processes.

Essential Skills

• Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Proficiency in Java and BeanShell for customization.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud services, and third‑party systems.
• Ability to create custom connectors, workflows, plugins, and user interface modifications.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts like user provisioning, access certification, access requests, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
• Hands‑on with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., IdentityIQ Architect) are a plus.

• Clear communication with customers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Ability to work in a structured, delivery‑focused environment.
