SAP Support Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding.
  • Initiate digital service kick-offs and conduct service reviews.
  • Orchestrate service/project delivery within scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist in de-escalations and critical customer situations.
  • Contribute to release and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support and feasibility reviews.
  • Execute problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Document structured knowledge and support training/onboarding of associates.

Mandatory Skills

  • Engineering graduate with minimum 4 years of SAP technical consulting experience.
  • At least 2+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, IT support, IT services).
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, release upgrades, and infrastructure updates.
  • Working experience with SAP HEC and SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure operations, networks, interfaces, and load balancers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer focus, relationship building, and decision-making ability.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
