Senior SAP Support Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and digital service kick-offs.
  • Conduct periodic service reviews and ensure service quality.
  • Orchestrate service/project delivery across scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Manage escalations and critical incidents with SAP MIM and Product Support.
  • Provide technical feasibility studies and solution reviews.
  • Support customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Drive problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  • Review SLA service credit cases and support commercial change requests.
  • Lead structured documentation and competency uplift initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

  • Engineering graduate with minimum 6 years of SAP technical consulting experience.
  • At least 4–5 years in customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
  • Proven expertise in SAP HEC and SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience with SAP Basis activities, release upgrades, and infrastructure updates.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  • Strong project delivery orchestration (scope, budget, milestones).
  • Experience in customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and managing complex accounts.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
