QA / Testing Consultant – Digital JDP (Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform)
Role Overview
Seeking a Digital QA Consultant experienced in Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform (JDP) for testing digital portals (Agent/Broker/Customer) integrated with Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse UX designs, user journeys and functional requirements for Digital portals.
- Design and execute functional, integration and regression test cases for web applications.
- Validate end-to-end flows between Digital JDP and backend systems (PC/BC/CC).
- Test REST APIs and JSON messages between frontend and backend services.
- Verify UI layout, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
- Perform defect management and regression validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Support test data preparation and smoke/regression testing pipelines.
Required Skills
- Experience in web application testing.
- Hands-on testing of Guidewire Digital / Jutro / JDP portals or similar React-based platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON and browser developer tools.
- Experience with integration testing between front-end portals and backend insurance systems.
- Familiarity with test management tools and Agile delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Guidewire Digital implementations.
- API testing using Postman.
- Exposure to UI automation tools (Cypress / Selenium / Tosca).
- Guidewire Digital or InsuranceSuite certification.
